Overview
Caresnex is built privacy-first. Most tools run entirely in your browser, and we collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we handle and the control you have over it.
1. Who operates Caresnex

2. What we collect
For tools that don't require an account, your inputs (salary, state, visa type, etc.) stay on your device and are never sent to us. If you create an account, we store your email and the profile details you choose to save so we can sync your roadmap across devices.
- Account data such as email, display name and authentication identifiers.
- Profile and planning data such as ZIP code, borough, language, priorities and deadlines.
- Documents you choose to upload, related metadata and AI-generated explanations.
- Service activity, security logs, feedback and subscription status.
- Optional analytics and advertising signals only according to your consent choices.
3. Why we use it
We use information to provide personalized plans, secure accounts, process documents, send requested reminders, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, maintain official-source content and improve the service. We use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand which tools help most. These are never tied to your identity.
4. Documents and sensitive content
Uploaded files are private to your account. Files marked temporary are scheduled for deletion after the displayed retention period. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for your question.
5. Service providers
Depending on enabled features, data may be processed by hosting, authentication, storage, AI, email, payment and analytics providers such as Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Stripe, Vercel and Google. Each provider receives only information needed for its role.
6. Data storage & your control
Local data lives in your browser and can be cleared anytime from Settings → Privacy & data. Account data can be exported or permanently deleted at your request, with no questions asked. You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Where applicable, you also have rights under state privacy laws (such as the CCPA).
7. Sharing
We never sell your data, and we do not share personal information with immigration authorities, employers, or advertisers.
8. Retention and security
We retain data only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations and security. Caresnex uses access controls, private storage, Row Level Security, short-lived links and audit logging, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Caresnex is intended for adults managing their own or household tasks. It is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by a child to create an independent account.
10. Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
