LEGAL DRAFT · JUNE 13, 2026

Terms of Use

This is a product-ready draft, not a substitute for review by qualified US privacy and technology counsel. Replace all bracketed owner details before production.

1. Agreement

By using Caresnex you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Informational service

Caresnex organizes publicly available information and provides planning and AI-assisted explanation tools. It is not a government agency, law firm, medical provider, tax preparer, insurer, real-estate broker or emergency service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining password security and activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, probe security, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, evade limits or use Caresnex to make high-impact decisions about another person.

5. Uploaded content

You retain rights in your files. You grant Caresnex and its processors a limited permission to store and process them only to provide requested features, maintain security and satisfy legal obligations.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices, included usage, trial terms and taxes are shown before checkout. Payments and billing management are processed by Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not retroactively refund the current period except where required by law or expressly stated.

7. Accuracy and availability

Official procedures can change. Caresnex shows sources and review dates but does not guarantee that every instruction is complete, current or suitable for your circumstances. Verify critical information with the responsible agency or qualified professional.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caresnex is provided “as is” and the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from reliance on information, service interruption or third-party services.

9. Suspension

We may limit or suspend access for security, abuse, nonpayment or legal reasons. We may discontinue beta features.

10. Governing terms

Insert governing law, dispute terms, entity identity and required consumer notices after counsel review: [JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE TERMS].
